KIP-MAN products are made in the Nanhiantie workshop in Huittinen. In 2006, production facilities and operations were moved to Kip-Man Oy, and the main production line switched to making heavy trailers.
In 2012, the premises and production moved to SKJ-Rakennustekniikka Oy, a company specialising in industrial construction that Konepaja Survonen Oy, founded by Janne Survonen in 2008, acquired in 2013. The subsidiary was merged with its parent company in the autumn of 2014. The merger expanded the field of activity of Konepaja Survonen into trailer manufacture and the construction industry.
