Konepaja Survonen Oy has a quality/management system based on a quality control system within the factory, certified to standard EN 1090-1:2009 + A1:2011.

The company's overall operations use a quality management system that meets the requirements of standard ISO 9001:2008.

The manufacture of load-bearing steel structures is carried out in projects using basic materials and methods in accordance with standard EN 1090-2:2008 + A1:2011 and execution classes EXC1, EXC2 and EXC3.

The manufacturer employs a welding coordinator, who oversees daily work. The quality of the welding is managed in accordance with standard ISO 3834-2:2005.

Konepaja Survonen Oy's design and manufacture processes for steel assemblies have CE marking in accordance with standard EN 1090-1:2009 + A1:2011.

We are ensuring continued compliance with the requirements of environmental standard ISO 14001:2004.

Our organisation employs its management system to achieve the following:

• to demonstrate its ability to deliver products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements 
• to increase customer satisfaction, applying the principle of continuous improvement of working methods 
• implement, maintain and improve protection of the environment, and to minimise occupational health and safety risks

The management system extends to Konepaja Survonen Oy's sales, financial management, planning, production and installation work.
